  Gary Berger
was born in 1967. He studied percussion at the Zurich Conservatoire from 1990 to 1994. His interest in contemporary music took him to the Swiss Center for Computer Music, where he learnt about electroacoustic music. He went on to Paris in 1994/95, studying composition with Julio Estrada at the UPIC (Unité Polyagogique Informatique du CEMAMU) and attending courses at the IRCAM, where he had the opportunity to do practical work. After his sojourn in Paris he continued his composition studies with Gerald Bennett and Daniel Glaus at the Hochschule für Musik, Zurich. He lives in Zurich as a freelance composer.

Stig Botterbloem
Born 1964 in Copenhagen, DK, studies in electro-acoustic music and computermusic. Lives and works in Copenhagen and Berlin. Video and Soundinstallations. Member of  “Komponent”, Laboratory for art, dance, theatre and music, Copenhagen.

  Michael Harenberg
Born 1961, he is composer and scientist in musicology.
He studied piano and organ and systematic musicology in Giessen (D) and composition in Darmstadt.
He is engaged in computer generated music. Diverse publications with the focal point on music and computer. Scientific Director of the Project “aesthetic strategies in multimedia and digital networks” University of Lüneburg.
Since 2000 he is Headmaster of the course “music and new media” at the Academy for Fine Arts in Bern.

  Bernadette Johnson
Born 1955 in St.Gallen. Lives in Basel and works on a „audio documentation“ for the Swiss Radio Station (SRDRS). She is a “audio artist” and is engaged in stored sounds and its analog and digital treatment.
With the montage of sound and text fragments she creates installations, sound-traces and radio plays, which experience the periphery of accustic habits.

  Daniel Weissberg
Born 1954 in Basel. He studied piano with Klaus Linder and composition with Jacques Wildberger at Basel Conservatoire before joining up with Mauricio Kagel. He was Kagel's assistant at Cologne Music College. His creative output embraces solo and chamber music along with orchestral works, radio plays, electronic music, multimedia projects and work in new music theatre, which is currently the centre of his creative activity. He is the author of numerous radio features having musical themes, and he teaches at Basel Music Academy and Hochschule für Musik und Theater Bern.
